Conclusions and Summary

This section of this project has mainly looked at the mathematical theory behind queueing theory. However, we have only really scratched the surface of queueing theory, due to it being so complex mathematically - this section has really only looked at the mathematics of queueing theory from a very high level. For more detail, the reader should look at some of the references available.

The reader should now feel free to move on at look at the other sections of this project, on examples of queueing theory in use, and network queues.
